Starkville police make molestation arrest STARKVILLE, Miss. (WCBI) – A 70-year-old Starkville man is accused of touching a child. Walter Brown is charged with molestation. Starkville police received a report in early November about the alleged crime. After an investigation, Brown was arrested yesterday. His bond has not been set.
