Israeli defense electronics company Elbit Systems Ltd. (Nasdaq: ESLT; LEVEL:ESLT) today announced the creation of Elbit Systems Emirates (ESE). The new subsidiary will seek to promote long-term cooperation with the United Arab Emirates (UAE) armed forces, monitor the personalization of solutions for the operational needs of end users and manage technology transfer to local partners.
