Israeli defense electronics company Elbit Systems Ltd. (Nasdaq: ESLT; LEVEL:ESLT) today announced the creation of Elbit Systems Emirates (ESE). The new subsidiary will seek to promote long-term cooperation with the United Arab Emirates (UAE) armed forces, monitor the personalization of solutions for the operational needs of end users and manage technology transfer to local partners.

The precision air-to-air presentation will feature the Rampage’s long-range precision air-to-surface missile and the Sky Striker’s fully autonomous munitions.
The aircraft surveillance systems on display are the JHMCS-II helmet display system, which includes the visor-designed symbolism and color display, and the BrightNite multispectral flight sensor for flight on dark nights and in extreme weather conditions. Also shown are the C-MUSIC Directed Infra-Red Counter Measure (DIRCM) systems, which protect aircraft from the threat of MANPADS.
