The tactical high-frequency radio system PRC-2090 is a multifunctional high-frequency communication system that can be deployed as a 30W manpack, 125W car-mounted system or 125W base station.
The light transceiver includes an integrated automatic antenna tuner, battery management system integrated in each lithium-ion battery cartridge, operation in all modes, automatic connection establishment (ALE) to MIL-STD 188-141B 2G (JITC certified) ), optional internal MIL signal modem with 5066 stack, encryption and frequency hopping.

PRC-2080 + Tactical VHF radio system is a low frequency band that is light, compact and high quality. The main control and portability of the device are specially designed for multi-purpose tactical operations.
The PRC-2080 + has multiple levels of encryption and frequency hopping security. Analog voice and digital unencrypted data are equipped as standard. Available with digital encrypted mode with secure fixed frequency (FF) with digitally encrypted free channel search (FCS) or with digital encrypted frequency (FH) attenuation mode. Rapid Field Deployment Systems (RFDS)
Barrett RFDS (HF and VHF) is a turnkey communication system in one housing, including radios, various options for power, wiring, lighting and external connections. It is designed for easy setup and operation in minutes.
The HF version is based on the tactical HF radio system PRC-2090, which provides a range of different transmission modes. The 4050 high-frequency (HF) software-defined radio (SDR) transceiver is the latest product in the Barrett range of high-frequency communication equipment.
When the transceiver is combined with various Barrett products, it provides extremely secure data transfer, email and telephone connectivity in the HF network, the international telephone network and the Internet.
The Barrett 4050 is fully interoperable with advanced digital selective calling systems. The transceiver provides four- and six-digit selective call functions, such as options for disabling a remote transceiver, secure point-to-point and / or multipoint calling, status call, GPS tracking, SMS text, and telephone connection.
The 4050 comes with a number of waveform options, including the CLOVER 2500 and the upcoming CLOVER NG standard, along with the MIL-STD-188-110A / B (STANAG 4285, 4415, 4481, 4529, 4539).
