Singapore is currently testing an enhanced management and information system (CCIS) at the exercise command post Forging a sword, with the aim of shortening the sensor-shooter cycle and efficiently allocating resources for optimal impact results.
The Armed Forces of Singapore (SAF) and the Air Force of the Republic of Singapore (RSAF) used the system based on AI and data analysis in a previous iteration of the joint exercise. This year, it is complete with a “smarter” mission parameter feature that recommends strike options, setting out various impacts and considerations in a hexagonal graph.
