BAE Lands $154M Navy Tech Integration Support Contract


The US Navy signed a five-year contract worth $ 154.1 million BAE Systems to integrate multiple systems in vehicles, command facilities, fixed base terminals, transit boxes, mobile communication equipment and intelligence platforms.

BAE’s technology solutions and services business will support command, control, communications, computer and combat systems as part of contract for indefinite delivery / indefinite quantity, the defense ministry announced on Tuesday.

The IDIQ Award also covers support for intelligence, surveillance and intelligence systems.

DOD noted that the company will work for the Special Communications Missions Solutions Unit at the Air Force Division of the Webster Outlying Field Center in Maryland.

The contract follows two separate awards in March and October totaling $ 277.5 million engineering and installation services to NAWCAD.
