Comcast Business today announced that it has completed the acquisition of Masergy, a pioneer in Plano, Texas in software-defined networks (SDNs) and cloud platforms for global businesses. The acquisition accelerates Comcast Business’s growth by serving large and medium-sized companies, especially US-based organizations with global operations on many sites, and strengthens the overall channel distribution strategy.
